Marvellous and good setting, I had such great time.

Booked a room for television

I was happy with hotel's marvellous and good location in a pretty quiet area.

The front desk clerk at night was very concerned and helpful. Very nice guy!!

It was not pleasant. The room smelled like mildew. I had a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke because of the smoking in the hall way. Room service is horrible. Drug addicts roaming around. Not worth the money at all

The efficiency of the on-site business center allows for smooth meetings and productive work without too many distractions. Parking is plentiful.

The room I stayed in left much to be desired. The sheer number of cleanliness issues, like the filthy shower and stained towels, made it hard to relax. Finding a disabled smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, along with an unkempt refrigerator still holding previous guests' food, raised some serious concerns about maintenance. I had to sleep on top of the bedspread due to dirty sheets, which really detracted from my comfort. A little sprucing up and attention to detail could go a long way here.

The Motel had no paperwork on our arrival! Thank Goodness there was room. The breakfast was inadequate in that there was no food available much before the breakfast time was to be over!

It was in a very poor neighborhood, had no amenities,a small child present with desk clerk,very visible dirty laundry room, halls reeked of smoke and some other odor,our room had no amenities like an iron, coffeemaker,one used roll of toilet paper,one soap, one lotion,but our reservation had not been sent yet and the front desk clerk worked very hard in getting that sent and getting us into a room. The cleaning man an older black gentleman was there from morning to night cleaning up. This young mom and him were very hard workers,the young guy the next day was out with his buddies when we went to check out,the location was perfect to get to our funeral,ok for an overnight stay

Groups of young unsavory young men hanging out a lot of the time, no amenities,bad odors in hallways,reservation not sent when we got there

The lobby was cute, with comfortable seating and bright decor. Staff were attentive and very helpful throughout my visit.

The location was about the only thing I liked.

The room was not on the first floor as requested, it was a smoking room and I booked a non-smoking room. It smelled bad. It was not updated in the furnishings. The towels were dirty. The shower hot water was horrible!! I could not even take a shower - it was ice cold one minute and 3rd degree burn hot the next. I complained to the manager and so did another guest in the next room and was told that there was nothing wrong. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! And the breakfast ended at 9 am - when it should have ended at 10 on the weekends.

The rooms could have been in better shape, but we got the very last two and they may have been the last to go because they were not in the best of shape. Weak continental breakfast

Parking was ample, easy to access my meetings. The staff were accommodating and attentive to my requests.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with stains present and general disrepair.

Desk Clerk, Charles, was super.

Could not get internet in room.

The King Room Non-Smoking was spacious and inviting, the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Plus, the on-site business center made my work tasks easy.

I used to love this motel, but with each stay over a year's time, the cleanliness severely deminished to the point where my recent stay there will be my last! The carpet is old, dirty, & smelly, and I had to sleep with every light on in my room so as to try to keep the roaches at bey! I could only pray that the supposed white linen, towels & washcloths were clean, as they were all either dingy or brown. It was an excruciatingly uncomfortable stay!

Recommend for a quick weekend visit

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, including free Wi-Fi and free parking made my solo trip enjoyable, and the 24-hour reception was a huge plus since the hotel is only 28 km from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

I came down stairs at 7:30. There was no bfast.

The lobby was so inviting, it was like being wrapped in a cozy cashmere shawl! Comfortable seating and bright decor made it perfect for relaxation, giving me a good sense of home.
